Darrach Bourke
An experienced wealth manager and retirement planner, Darrach Bourke studied business economics with a focus on accounting at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He subsequently began his career with software company Intacct, where he consistently surpassed sales goals. Darrach Bourke went on to serve as director with Crosspointe Capital and as executive vice president with Stella Capital, a San Francisco-based hedge fund that he co-founded.
In 2006, while still helping lead Stella Capital, Darrach Bourke passed the CFA level 1 exam. By the end of the year, he had accepted a position as a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services.
At UBS for more than two years, Mr. Bourke gained experience in areas such as client development and portfolio management. He became a chartered financial analyst by passing the third and final CFA exam in 2009. By this time, he had transitioned to the role of vice president at Stone & Youngberg.
Darrach Bourke later held positions with Stifel Financial Corp. and Summit Brokerage Services. He has since brought his skills in wealth management and retirement planning to Emerson Equity. Working from the firm’s San Mateo office, Mr. Bourke carries out responsibilities as the senior vice president of wealth management.
